✓负责在搜寻适合的网络平台，根据标准寻找新的艺人资源，谈判签签约事宜。

✓眼光敏锐，善于发现有潜力的演员；

✓良好的沟通技巧，善于与人沟通

✓对初创公司以及娱乐行业有浓厚兴趣
✓* Requirements
✓• You are somebody who is passionate about enabling globally impactful companies by identifying exceptional talent [Actor and Actress]
✓• You have great communication skills and thrive on connecting with people,
✓• You have a keen eye for spotting great actress
✓• You are a self starter, enjoy working autonomously and take ownership of results,
✓• You have a deep interest in startups and entertainment,
✓• You enjoy attending conferences and other corporate events to build out your network and business

✓负责公司线上线下艺人招募渠道的建立及开拓；
2
✓通过各种渠道招募丶开拓以及挖掘有潜力的素人或达人，吸引意向达人促成合作关系；
3
✓建立并开拓艺人资料库，完成招募目标；
4
✓跟进艺人的签约和反馈，处理沟通中遇到的问题。
