Creative Producer
Description✓POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Creative Producer/Project Manager for our client, an innovative tech consultancy based in Leeds
✓This is an incredible opportunity for an Assistant/Junior Producer or Creative Project Manager looking to take on a new challenge and progress their career.

✓As Producer you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all projects for their clients
✓You will work closely with the creative and operation teams to ensure smooth running of projects
✓This will include:
✓* Taking briefs from client services and agreeing project scope and time-line with client
✓* Organising and crewing shoots
✓* Reconcile shoots once complete for accurate financial reporting
✓* Post-production for film production
✓* Managing the full animation process
✓* Managing the full game development process
✓* Casting VO artists and actors when required
✓* Managing the studio
✓* Financials, quoting, project tracking and reporting of projects
✓* Managing client relationships on a day -to-day basis
✓* Ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed and appropriate standard, on budget and on time
✓* Sourcing and managing freelancers when required
✓* Find solutions and resolve issues at every level
✓Escalate appropriately any problems or issues that you cannot resolve alone.
✓* Develop a thorough understanding of the business and all the content services offered, so that you are able to talk about it confidently and inspire their clients
✓* Understand your client’s industry, challenges and competitors
✓* Run and manage debrief sessions to go through what went well and what we can improve or learn from
