What you will do to make an impact for GlobalData customers:
- Ensure that an excellent service is provided for every GlobalData customer
- Onboard our clients seamlessly with our subscription-based marketing technology solutions
- Engage, delight, and retain clients by supporting business and individual user challenges
- Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand client requirements
- Learn from our Customer Success Managers and develop your skills
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues promptly, communicating through email, phone, and videocalls
- Collaborate with our global network of in-house Researchers, Analysts, Consultants and Account Managers to provide more extensive answers to our client's pressing queries
- Help support the delivery of a wide variety of marketing solutions including webinars
- Be the 'voice' of the customer within GlobalData and provide feedback to all other teams to drive continuous product improvement and customer success
- Be committed to meeting KPIs, including quality and productivity targets; playing a pivotal role in helping the department to achieve its overall goals
