Description✓Our client a renowned publisher of audiobooks and a leader in digital media, are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their busy team.
✓The Customer Service Executive role is essential to the company's success as it entails providing effective support to customers
✓The role will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and be responsible for communicating with the company's library customers
✓Given the company's growth and the need to serve numerous customers, you will need to be well-organised, efficient, and the ability to work to strict deadlines, while delivering outstanding customer service, excellent telephone manner and assisting the senior team with general office duties

✓The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or office administration and be proficient in using Excel and other office software
✓They should be comfortable discussing technology and using devices daily

✓They should be keen to learn and expand their knowledge, always see tasks through to completion, and work well independently while also working in a team.
