Customer Support Executive

DescriptionOur client a renowned publisher of audiobooks and a leader in digital media, are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their busy team.
The Customer Service Executive role is essential to the company's success as it entails providing effective support to customers
The role will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and be responsible for communicating with the company's library customers
Given the company's growth and the need to serve numerous customers, you will need to be well-organised, efficient, and the ability to work to strict deadlines, while delivering outstanding customer service, excellent telephone manner and assisting the senior team with general office duties
This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a customer-facing role with a thriving business in an exciting marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or office administration and be proficient in using Excel and other office software
They should be comfortable discussing technology and using devices daily
A goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, and a positive, enthusiastic approach
They should be keen to learn and expand their knowledge, always see tasks through to completion, and work well independently while also working in a team.
