DescriptionEditor - B2B Travel Industry - £40-45k - London/Hybrid
An excellent opportunity to join mid-sized, entrepreneurial media business where you will be leading the editorial strategy for a B2B print publication, website and conference
Editor Responsibilities
Reporting to the Editorial Director, you will be responsible for the content and editorial design of 12 print publications per annum, weekly newsletters, the relaunching of supporting websites and annual conference
You will be responsible for developing and delivering editorial content [print and digital], working closely with contributors, commercial partnerships, budget management, networking and building key relationships with individuals in the travel/aviation industry, working on events and additional projects to support the brand
Editor Skills Required
Excellent journalism, editorial, researching and writing skills
Experience managing and commissioning contributors budget
Ability to create excellent content both for both and print channels
Strong knowledge of digital and website content creation
Experience editing InDesign files, using WordpPess and creating flatpans
Experience in the travel / aviation industry desirable but other industry experience also considered
Editor Additional Details
A basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working [approximately 3 days in London and 2 days remote]
Some travel will be required and the attending of occasional events/conferencesDon't keep a good thing to yourself
