Events Coordinator
Description✓Our client is a highly prestigious professional membership body based in Essex - they are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join their team
✓The Events Coordinator will work across a portfolio of events including conferences, workshops, seminars, and training courses both in person and virtual across Europe
✓This role will be crucial in ensuring events are executed to a high standard, within budget and on time with responsibility for a wide range of tasks including: venue selection; managing stakeholder and supplier relationships; on-site event set up; putting programmes together and scheduling panels
✓The successful candidate will have proven experience in running successful events with strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle a number of tasks at once
✓Superb communication skills are a must as well as strong customer service skills
✓Any knowledge of working on professional or academic events would be an advantage in applying for this role
