✓Location: Shoreditch, London [Hybrid Working]

✓The Role:
✓You will be assisting in the delivery of media planning and buying activities for the clients
✓Particularly working on digital channels, including Facebook, Digital Display, PPC, and property portals.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Using the media booking system to make, amend, and cancel bookings for all client activity
✓Building relationships with clients, reporting on campaign success, creating contact reports
✓Raising purchase orders for media owners
✓Raising schedules and formatting them to be clear and easy to navigate for clients
✓Communicating the client’s needs to a supplier
✓Build effective relationships with the clients
✓Creating contact reports on campaign success
✓Use Advantage/Synergist to manage all jobs
✓Gather data, research that can be used in client documents
✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience in a similar role
✓Knowledge of digital marketing communications
✓Familiarity with media bookings and schedules
✓A degree in Media, Marketing or a related subject would be advantageous
✓Desirable to have worked in an agency environment
✓Experience in communicating with various stakeholders
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
