✓We have a fantastic Account Manager opportunity with a fantastic business in Nottinghamshire, our client work with key high street retailers and well-known brands that demand and receive excellent customer service.
✓The Account Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for the control, management and processing of their clients’ POS [Point of Sale] and general print requirements.
✓You will be working directly with their clients and with the Account Management team
✓You will also liaise with all the companies and our approved suppliers.
✓We are looking for people who will be hands on, overseeing many elements of the campaign.
✓About you:
✓Essential skills :
✓• Proven track record of managing POS campaigns and printed matter
✓• Experience in a fast-moving retail market
✓• Ability to remain calm under pressure
✓• Excellent customer service skills
✓• Ability to follow procedure
✓• Great attention to detail
✓• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
✓• Ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
✓Desirable skills :
✓• Being a strong administrator, prepared to take ownership of the process
✓• Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of questioning to ensure processes are followed
✓• Knowledge of Microsoft systems
