✓Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a PR & Media Officer for an organisation based in Newcastle
✓This position is fixed term, initially, until May 2024.
✓The PR & Media Officer will develop and implement communication strategies that promote the organisation's goals.
✓Responsibilities of the PR & Media Officer will include:
✓Write and edit content for various communication channels for a full range of audiences
✓Preparing press releases and statements, draft project briefs and communication plans
✓Contribute to communications and PR management in response to issues
✓Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including media contactsThe ideal candidate will:
✓Have a background in a communication, PR or a journalism role
✓Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✓Have excellent time management and be able to manage own time
