Press Officer
Description✓London Based Museum as a Press Officer - Perm or Temp Contract
✓As the Press Officer, you will be proactively promoting the work of the Museum through effective use of PR tactics to support corporate objectives and the Corporate Communications Strategy, and you'll have flexible working arrangements.

✓Evidence of generating innovative communications ideas and pursing them to deliver successful outcomes.
✓Outstanding written communication skills.
✓Evidence of previous delivery of successful PR tactics.
✓A proven track record of planning and delivering complex integrated campaigns to time and budget, delivering to objectives.
✓Media relations: liaising directly with journalists, building key relationships, proactively selling in/pitching stories, finding appropriate case studies, and responding to press office enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
✓Proactively create press materials, including press releases, media briefings, Q&As, spokesperson notes and reactive statements or quotes, and supporting with planning and delivering high profile PR campaigns.
✓Knowledge and experience of crisis management and the role of communications functions
