Project Coordinator
Description✓Our client operates exclusively in the sports sector, enabling their clients to maximise brand and commercial value of stadia & sporting events

✓Due to recent growth, they are now recruiting for a Project Coordinator
✓The ideal candidate will be involved in every aspect from initial enquiry to delivery across multiple projects
✓You will work alongside the admin and drawing departments encouraging effective communication between all team members.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Follow company policies and procedures.
✓* Liaise with the in house teams coordinating projects from start to finish.
✓* Liaise with the Head of Operations to supply clients with install dates and RAMS.
✓* Plan, implement and schedule timelines.
✓* Manage incoming queries.
✓* Produce customer quotes using Quickbooks.
✓* Keep customers up to date on progression of job.
✓* Email proofs to customers once complete and discuss any further requirements.
✓Requirements:
✓* Excellent communication skills
✓* Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines.
✓* Ability to work as part of a team and also individually.
✓* Ideally from a signage background.
✓* Experience of using accounts packages such as QuickBooks/Xerox Show more →
