Proofreader
Description✓Our client is a legal publisher who publishes bespoke legal documents, standards and contracts for various law firms globally based in Central Leeds
✓For one of their specific clients, they are now recruiting Proofreaders and are looking to hire two people to cover the various shift patterns including:
✓Tuesday - Saturday - 11pm - 8am
✓Sunday - Thursday - 4pm - 1am
✓We are looking for candidates with good written communication skills who are available either immediately who can also be in the office full time, 5 days a week, you must be able to commute to Leeds.
✓Please confirm which shift you are interested in doing on your application and please confirm you are available to work full time in the Leeds office, the working hours are 40 per week
✓We are looking for strong skills and experience on the applications across the following three areas:
✓Great grammar checking skills
✓Proofreading
✓Exceptional English
✓We are open to recent graduates who are looking to progress into their first publishing role as long as we can see evidence of strong proofreading skills - these could be gained during your degree or through other experience
✓Full training will be given within the role.
✓Our client will pay a good starting salary from £24k plus a 10% shift allowance for those working evening / weekend shifts
