Overview:
My client, a well-known global charity, are looking to recruit a hard-working and talented individual with experience to join them for 1 year
You will help deliver their media and external communications strategy and take the lead role in promoting this organisation’s reputation
This is very exciting role with an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and programmes
 
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development, delivery and execution of media campaigns
Build and maintain good relationships with journalists across national, regional and sector media
Play a really important part in building and maintaining the reputation of the organisation
Provide professional advice and expert guidance.

Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills [both written and verbal]
Demonstrable experience of creating, delivering and executing media relations as part of integrated campaigns over a period of months or years to support business objectives
Experience of supporting senior colleagues with media engagement and interviews
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Highly organised with a proactive and creative approach to PR and media engagement 
Package:
£30,000 to £40,000 DOE
Monday to Friday [9am-5pm]
Hybrid working [2 days a week in office, 3 days WFH]
UK Wide [London, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh or Belfast
1 year FTC
32 days annual leave + bank holidays
