✓We are seeking a talented Senior Operations Officer to join our team
✓The Senior Operations Officer will provide comprehensive operation support to our organization, within the business operation department.
✓Responsibilities:
1
✓Participate in the formulation of the marketing strategy plan of the company, and be responsible for the completion of the annual task objectives;
2
✓Check and analyze the marketing goals, plans, and business activities, and adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner to ensure the realization of marketing goals and completion of marketing plans;
3
✓Responsible for the management team, the establishment of assessment, incentive and training mechanisms, and assist subordinate employees to complete the assigned task indicators;
4
✓Expand and maintain customer and industry relationships, and establish a complete business customer relationship management system;
5
✓Coordinate and cooperate with various departments to complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

✓Work experience in the entertainment media industry
7
✓Work experience in the entertainment, culture and media industry, contracted artists and artist resources are preferred
✓Qualifications:
1
✓College degree or above, major in marketing, news, media, advertising and other related majors;
2
✓Have MCN, event exhibition, business channel resources and related work experience in the same industry;
3
✓Have management experience, strong ability in market analysis, marketing planning, operation management and promotion, strong language expression ability, good interpersonal communication ability and ability to analyze and solve problems;
4
✓Be proactive in work, have high professionalism, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and have a sense of innovation;
5
✓Work experience in the same industry is preferred.
