Description✓Senior Producer - Stevenage/Hybrid - £40,000- £47,000
✓I am working with an exciting production house looking to bring in an experienced Senior Producer to join their production team.
✓This is an exciting chance to work on exciting projects, helping to prepare film ideas to pitch to clients.
✓In the role you will manage a range of clients, liaising to establish a brief and timeline for new projects
✓You will work closely with the Director, managing the pre-production process, with the aim to bring films to life.
✓It is a great opportunity to join a company that encourages development, pushing you to learn new skills whilst playing a key role and supporting less experienced members of the team.
✓What you'll do as a Senior Producer:
✓Collaborate with the creative team, showing a pro-active approach to create new opportunities and to produce ideas for film
✓Liaise with clients to establish briefs and timelines, having regular calls and visits
✓Running the pre-production process, working with the Director and Editor to bring films to life
✓Work with Producers to organise shoots and work on-set with the Director on shoot days
✓Be responsible for and manage large budgets
✓Ensure projects are kept within the set timeframe and clients are billed correctly
✓Mentor junior members of the team
✓What you'll bring as a Senior Producer:
✓5+ years experience in Production
✓Experience supporting and pushing members to produce high quality work
✓Background working on a variety of projects simultaneously
✓Experience in advertising and a passion for storytelling
✓A people person nature
