Care Assistant
Description✓Sutton Recruitment are working with a leading supplier of supplementary health care and is looking to recruit Waking Night Care Staff to work initially in Pocklington, the service will eventually move to the Skirlaugh area.
✓The teenage client of the service has complex behavioural needs and as such the ability to be able to deal with situations this can cause will be vital
✓That said the main duties for the Waking Night staff will be to take care of all basic tasks across the night shift with support being given by the more experienced level of staff as and when required.
✓Working hours will be 10pm-8am
✓Previous experience working with children is essential, having good communication skills will also be important.
✓The following qualifications are required:
✓An Enhanced DBS check
✓NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care
✓Safeguarding training
✓Team Tech Restraint Training
✓1st Aid training
✓As the position will be based in Pocklington you will need to live in the locality or have your own transport.
