✓Night/Sleeping In Health Care Assistant for Care Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities in Thornton Heath, Croydon
✓If you are an experienced support worker who can make a positive difference to people’s lives we would love to hear from you!
✓We are looking for dedicated Sleeping In Support Workers to join our small, friendly residential care home in Thornton Heath, Croydon.
✓* On a Sleeping In position, there is no requirement for you to be awake
✓However, there are a few chores required to be done early in your shift and in the morning.
✓* You will be required to support the Service Users in all aspects of their physical [including personal care], social and emotional needs.
✓* You will need to show initiative and address any issues that may arise during the course of your night shift in line with the organisational policies and procedures as well as Service User needs.
✓The successful candidate:
✓• Will have Experience working in a care and support setting
✓• Will preferably be qualified to a minimum QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care.
✓• Will be willing to take mandatory and other training.
✓• You will be willing to work shifts patterns, weekends, and nights.
✓• Will have a DBS enhanced check
✓* Will live locally, Croydon Area
✓Rate: £62.00 per night
