✓We are looking for highly motivated experienced [ RGN , RMN , RNLD ] Registered Nurse , Adult / General Nurse , Mental health nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Fort William , Inverness-shire
✓We are a small 40 -bedded service - we are a welcoming and friendly team, offering nursing dementia and palliative care to our lovely residents. The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require.
✓Purpose of Role : To ensure that the level of clinical care provided within the Care Home adheres to the professional standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements and to provide specialist nursing support and advice.
✓You will be :
✓Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
✓Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
✓Overseeing all aspects of medicine management
✓Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner
✓Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
✓Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner
✓Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others
