Community Paediatric Nurse
Description✓Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist provider as part of their exciting growth plans
✓This community-based remote role is located in the Greater London catchment area and comes with a generous salary of up to £36,500 per annum with an additional London Weighting allowance [Up to 20% of annual salary] and many excellent benefits including a company car or car allowance up to £4,800.

✓Overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care
✓Working in close partnership with local NHS services
✓Focusing on IV therapy in the comfort of the patient's home.To apply for this role, you need to be a RSCN with active NMC PIN
✓You'll also require:
✓A Full UK Driving Licence
✓Experience in community-based work [desirable but not essential]
✓Experience within the acute setting
