✓Your responsibilities
✓To provide comprehensive OT assessments.
✓Under the supervision, plan and review OT treatment programmes.
✓Under the supervision, identify and action referrals both in-house, including support staff, and to external agencies
✓Support the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols at St Mary's Hospital.
✓To ensure that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and services standards.To be successful in this role, you'll need:
✓Qualification or degree in Occupational Therapy
✓Eligible for HCPC registration following qualification results, awaiting HCPC registration or have full HCPC registration
✓Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate a project for specific groups
✓Effective written/verbal communication skills
