Description✓This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist, who has experience managing Employee Relations cases and dealing with all things Occupational Health, to join a wonderful organisation based near High Wycombe
✓This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week

✓Description
✓The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
✓Becoming a trusted Advisor to all line managers, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle
✓Supporting cyclical HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy reviews, appraisals and employee satisfaction surveys
✓Managing employee relations cases
✓Dealing with Occupational Health referrals and managing process of outcomes
✓Supporting managers and new starters with complex contract requirementsProfile
✓The ideal HR Generalist will have the following skills/ qualities:
✓Experience in a generalist HR role
✓A background in a in a medical/ NHS/ Military or blue light setting
