Description
The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
Becoming a trusted Advisor to all line managers, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle
Supporting cyclical HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy reviews, appraisals and employee satisfaction surveys
Managing employee relations cases
Dealing with Occupational Health referrals and managing process of outcomes
Supporting managers and new starters with complex contract requirementsProfile
The ideal HR Generalist will have the following skills/ qualities:
Experience in a generalist HR role
A background in a in a medical/ NHS/ Military or blue light setting
Excellent understanding of contract and employment lawJob Offer
