Due to a significant increase in workload, we are delighted to be recruiting for Laboratory Technician to join our clients expanding Laboratory.
Your role:
The Laboratory Technician role is a generalist Laboratory role, conducting day to day testing and monitoring of the chemical production environment as per the testing schedules
Working with the team, the Laboratory Technician will perform the day-to-day testing and monitoring of samples, escalating issues and concerns as per the escalation process
Following the agreed testing guidelines as set out within departmental policy, procedures and operational practices, the laboratory technician is responsible to monitor and communicate results from testing in order that technical issues can be prevented, and that the environment can be closely monitored to address issues in a timely manner.
This role is vital to support production quality and plating performance for the volume of work as per requirements.
We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, dedicated individuals, with great teamwork and communication skills
You will need to be adaptable and should have the ability to work to tight deadline.
What you will need:-
Previous experience working in a laboratory within a production environment.
Experience working methodically and systematically within a science environment.
 Experience working in a metallurgical environment
 
Experience working with scientific data - analysing and monitoring.
