Occupational Therapist

DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist you will work to improve the occupational lives of men and women from diverse backgrounds who are challenged by a range of mental health conditions.

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will have experience in managing a designated caseload, using theoretical knowledge and practical experience to assess service users' needs and to plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions

You will design and implement a therapeutic programme which focus on empowering recovery and independence through least restrictive practice

This role involves:
Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions.

Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans

Supervise Activity Coordinator

Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support the care plansTo be successful in this role:
Current HPC registration and RCOT membership
