Description✓CK Group are recruiting for a Polymer Technologist to join a flooring manufacturing company based in Warwickshire, on an initial 12-month maternity cover contract
✓The Company:

✓Location:
✓This role is based in Coventry with excellent links to major roads and public transport
✓Working Hours:
✓Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 16:45.
✓Technologist Role:
✓The main responsibility for this role will be to participate in key research and development projects within an agreed time scale in accordance with the needs of the business.
✓This will include:
✓Develop technically innovative new products using the New Product Development [NPD] process.
✓Evaluate and introduce alternative raw materials at laboratory and trial scale to ensure cost reduction and technical improvement.
✓Provide effective technical support to the manufacturing departments.
✓Generate and progress new ideas for new products to ensure that the company is at the forefront of technology development.
✓Identify and implement opportunities to improve the product/process and reduce cost.
