✓My client is looking for an experienced Administrator that can juggle and prioritise tasks and successfully meet deadlines
✓You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude with a good work ethic!
✓As their Product Complaint Specialist, you will ensure that all Pharma product complaints received are managed in a timely and compliant manner.

✓Daily Duties include:
✓Management of Product Complaints and Adverse events received across pharma business unit
✓First point of contact for all telephone and email complaints
✓Ensure that all product complaints are logged in a timely manner
✓Ensure that all communication with consumers is conducted in a timely manner and ensuring that the customer is kept up to date at all times of proceedings
✓Ensure that all events and communications related to a case are logged
✓Regularly review Medical Query cases logged by Teleperformance to ensure queries are recorded correctly and escalated appropriately
✓Cover VC, SU and AE complaint management whilst PC and Compliance Specialist is out of office
✓Run monthly SOX compliance reports related to all UKI CS processes when needed
✓Building strong internal and external relationships by working collaboratively with the stakeholders
✓Keeping the financials of our business front of mind
✓Required:
✓Previous experience in a customer service environment
✓Customer service qualifications desirable but not essential
✓Quick learner
✓Good communication skills
✓Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
✓Good professional communication, managing stakeholders
✓Advanced Excel skills
