My client is looking for an experienced Administrator that can juggle and prioritise tasks and successfully meet deadlines
You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude with a good work ethic!
As their Product Complaint Specialist, you will ensure that all Pharma product complaints received are managed in a timely and compliant manner.

Daily Duties include:
Management of Product Complaints and Adverse events received across pharma business unit
First point of contact for all telephone and email complaints
Ensure that all product complaints are logged in a timely manner
Ensure that all communication with consumers is conducted in a timely manner and ensuring that the customer is kept up to date at all times of proceedings
Ensure that all events and communications related to a case are logged
Regularly review Medical Query cases logged by Teleperformance to ensure queries are recorded correctly and escalated appropriately
Cover VC, SU and AE complaint management whilst PC and Compliance Specialist is out of office
Run monthly SOX compliance reports related to all UKI CS processes when needed
Building strong internal and external relationships by working collaboratively with the stakeholders
Keeping the financials of our business front of mind
Required:
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Customer service qualifications desirable but not essential
Quick learner
Good communication skills
Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
Good professional communication, managing stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills
