Quality Officer - Pharmaceutical
Description✓We are currently supporting a business within the Pharmaceutical sector as they look expand their compliance team by recruiting a new Quality Officer.

✓The role:
✓The Quality Officer assisting the Compliance team with managing the quality management system according to operational procedures and requirements of industry regulations.
✓Some of the key day to day responsibilities for the Quality Officer will involve the following:
✓
✓Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems such as deviation / CAPA management, change controls and risk assessments; and ensure that quality systems are continuously improved
✓Manage the supplier and customer verification process
✓Territory Risk Assessments
✓Product Capping
✓Export consignment check
✓Oversee the warehouse operations [goods in & out] and ensure that temperature conditions are maintained, and seasonal mapping and calibration activities are conducted in a timely manner
✓Produce key documents and assist in training as required on new/ revised procedures The ideal candidate for the Quality Officer role will have the following background:
✓
✓Experience working within a Quality / QA / Compliance department in a heavily regulated industry
✓Previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical field will be ideal - although, candidates who have worked in sectors such as Food, FMCG or Consumer Goods will also be considered
✓Strong team player who enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels in business
✓Very detailed driven approach and strong administration skills
