✓Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at Single sites
✓This role is based in Corsham, working on a Government contract.
✓This is a Single-site position where you have the potential to earn between £33-£37.5k P/A Salary
✓Working on a Standard Shift Pattern, with additional overtime and on call - subject to Security Checks.
✓The position
✓Carry out PPM and Project requirements on the client estates, working on a variety of plant and equipment.
✓Your role is to repair and service M&E Equipment, manage priorities within the contract restraints and participate in a on call rota.

✓A/C or refrigeration qualifications
✓F-Gas [Desired]
✓Mechanical maintenance experience.
✓Adept knowledge of Boiler Plant, AHU's and pressuring units
✓Be a part of a On call rota
✓Ability to obtain SC Clearance
