✓I am currently looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join my clients finance team based in Rugeley on a 9 month fixed term contract
✓This role reports to the Financial Accountant
✓The successful person will be a career driven motivated self started who has the ability to work under pressure.
✓Main Responsibilities
✓Assisting the Financial Accountant with all aspects of the month end process
✓Take ownership of queries driving through resolution of issues
✓Overhead cost analysis against budget.
✓Employee expense process, including company credit cards and reimbursing expenses in line with company policy.
✓Assisting with the VAT return.
✓Assisting with the annual audit.
✓Any other duties required as part of the finance team.
✓Personal attributes
✓Must be AAT fully qualified
