What You Will Do:
Maintain and administer the business case assurance and approval process and ensure it is held appropriately under configuration control.
Maintain and administer the business case assurance pipeline and document all advice and guidance provided to stakeholders on the assurance and approval process.
Administer and, where required, help deliver a training and Learning from Experience [LFE] programme for all AWE staff and stakeholders involved in the production assurance and governance of business cases.
Maintain and administer the self-assessment checklist for the business case assurance and approval process in support of both internal and external audit activities.
Help support the provision of advice and guidance to the business for the drafting of Integrated Approvals and Assurance Plans [IAAP] and administer the configuration control and audit.
Maintain and administer business case assurance and approval data, reporting tool[s] and a management information dashboard to meet line management requirement.
Administer the status and completion of actions, requirements or conditions emanating from formal approval boards, Information Notes, Review Notes, and ensure that any lessons learned are documented appropriately.
Maintain and administer the integration between the Change Control Team in handling Change Requests and the business case pipeline utilising effective communications across the business and key functions to ensure approvals are accurately documented.
Where requested, provide a Secretariat for assurance boards

Some level of involvement in writing or reviewing business cases, assurance, review, or scrutiny
Qualifications:
Business or Technical qualification or equivalent as a minimum
