Control Room Operator
Description✓Our client is looking for a Control Room Operator to join a busy control room in Dartford
✓You will be Supporting and directing the activities of primary and secondary response in coordinating the deployment of appropriate resources to successfully resolve incidents in compliance with company policy and contractual requirements
✓Experience working within a control room will be of benefit, though not essential, with proper training given before starting on the job proper
✓Suitable candidates Will:
✓Have experience in a customer service role, experience with highways and/or emergency services will be beneficial
✓Have good time management skils, dealing with time-critical situations correctly
✓Have excellent communication skills across all formats.
✓Remain calm under pressure, using effective problem solving and scenario analysis
✓Have knowledge of transport/road network systems
✓Given site locations your own vehicle will be beneficial
✓Works will be completed on a shift pattern and will include both Day and Night shifts.
