✓Location: Hybrid - Kidlington
✓Salary: £100-£120 per day inside IR35

✓We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a 1-year contract with a police force
✓As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our workforce.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees on various HR matters.
✓* Analyze and produce statistical information related to HR activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
✓* Utilize advanced computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✓* Utilize HR IT systems, preferably PeopleSoft, to efficiently manage and process HR-related tasks.
✓* Interact effectively with staff, customers, senior managers, and members of the public, fostering positive relationships and resolving queries or concerns.
✓* Work independently and take initiative in addressing HR issues, providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs.
✓* Collaborate with HR team members and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
✓* Stay up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and promoting fairness within the organization.
✓Requirements:
✓* CIPD level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice or an equivalent qualification.
✓* Proven ability to analyze and produce statistical information, with a high level of numeracy.
✓* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✓* Familiarity with HR IT systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
✓* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
✓* Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and provide a high level of customer service.
✓* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
