DescriptionResponsibilities:
To provide advice, guidance and support to groups of functions on ER Strategy deployment, including the embedding of Trade Union partnership activities
To assist the Submarines Business Managers in developing and facilitating ER strategies which enhance business performance
To provide a single interface within HR sharing key process links
Lead on Major Projects/Process Changes across the Submarine Business
Mentor HR Advisors.
Provide advice and guidance to the business and the HR team on the interpretation and application of employment legislation in order to ensure compliance .
Monitor and manage the introduction of Reward and Recognition policies within the business to ensure it is applied fairly, consistently and effectively and is supportive of any ER initiatives.
Develop ER policies and procedures taking into account any Organisational Design or Development activities to maximise business performance.
To manage the internal HR interface to ensure we work responsibly across boundaries.
Is trusted by managers and is actively sought out for advice
Provide support, advice and guidance to wider HR team.
