HR Advisor
Description✓Responsibilities:
✓To provide advice, guidance and support to groups of functions on ER Strategy deployment, including the embedding of Trade Union partnership activities
✓To assist the Submarines Business Managers in developing and facilitating ER strategies which enhance business performance
✓To provide a single interface within HR sharing key process links
✓Lead on Major Projects/Process Changes across the Submarine Business
✓Mentor HR Advisors.
✓Provide advice and guidance to the business and the HR team on the interpretation and application of employment legislation in order to ensure compliance .
✓Monitor and manage the introduction of Reward and Recognition policies within the business to ensure it is applied fairly, consistently and effectively and is supportive of any ER initiatives.
✓Develop ER policies and procedures taking into account any Organisational Design or Development activities to maximise business performance.
✓To manage the internal HR interface to ensure we work responsibly across boundaries.
✓Is trusted by managers and is actively sought out for advice
