✓The Role
✓It’s a challenging role
✓It needs high levels of emotional intelligence as well as a practical and adaptable approach to issues that arise on our sites
✓Our Operations Managers are responsible for the running of a portfolio of sites and need to have great communication skills
✓You will be the face of the company for both our officers and our clients, making operationally, critical decisions daily
✓One minute you may be updating a demanding client on recent events and the next, offering support or training to our front line staff
✓This is a role for someone who likes variety and has the commercial acumen to manage expectations and delivery for both staff and clients
✓We aim to build long lasting relationships by demonstrating that we deliver to consistently high standards and we can adapt to any change in threat level.

✓They are organised, can delegate to team leaders on each site, supportive and fair but sets standards which reflect the difference between us and our competitors

✓You will be able to work independently but recognises that we are better together

✓Operations Manager
✓Duties will include:
✓
✓Leading team leaders and overall responsibility of circa 50 members of staff
✓Managing staff welfare onsite
✓Building lasting relationships
✓Providing advice to clients on security best practice
✓Keeping staff and client informed of changes and developments
✓Ensuring you are always at the forefront of modern security practices and risks
✓Interviewing and on boarding of officers
✓Maintaining high personal standards as well as those of the deployed officer

✓We have 20 days holiday per year, plus an extra day for your birthday
✓A team member of the quarter bonus of £250 for whoever wins
✓There is a discretionary, performance related bonus of up to 10% per year
