✓A large private conglomerate serving the public sector with various contract-based services is now seeking a Project Manager to manage major refurbishment contracts for MOD housing on RAF airbases
✓Up to £45K plus car allowance or company car
✓Up to 6% contributory pension scheme

✓The management of end to end works from concept to delivery using both internal and external contractors and ensuring all works in in accordance with government regulations.
✓Monitor work teams ensuring that they are qualified and experienced as necessary to ensure quality of works.
✓Review risk assessments and method statements to ensure that they are up to standard.
✓Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and uploaded to the company's system.The ideal candidate will have proven Project Management experience within the construction industry, delivering projects to a high level on time and in budget.
✓You will have led operational teams to achieve objectives and have strong experience of working with contractors and stakeholders.
