✓Astute are recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a project involving a leading Civil Engineering and Construction Business who have been instructed to construct several protective air shelters.
✓Roles & Responsibilities
✓Working as the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for:
✓Organising the administrative activities of our client's team on the construction site.
✓Matching invoices, and coding on the internal system
✓Management of the non-revisable record
✓Supporting with document control
✓Creations, uploading and scanning of site passes
✓Copying, filing and transmitting site documentation
✓Organising contracts and liaising with contractors
✓Skills & Qualifications
✓We are looking for someone with the following:
✓At least 2 years administrative experience
✓Experience of work of a similar capacity on a construction site
✓Good communication and numerical skills
✓Able to start quickly on the project
✓Salary & Package
