✓Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 depending on experience
✓What you'll be doing:
✓Translate business requirements and rules in into technical design specifications, including engaging directly with customers and eliciting requirements and potential UX designs
✓Build and deploy full stack web applications into the business, using an agile framework/methodology
✓Investigate and respond to incidents in a timely and responsive manner ensuring service level agreements have been achieved
✓Create user guides and standard operating procedures
✓Your skills and experiences:
✓Essential:
✓Knowledge and experience of web development, including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS
✓As well as knowledge and understanding of material design
✓Knowledge and understanding of MSSQL / SQL, writing queries using multiple tables, and interpreting results
✓Knowledge and understanding of front and back-end frameworks such as VueJS, React, Node or .Net
✓IT / Business related degree [or equivalent] and hands-on experience working in a Microservices / Web Development environmentDesirable:
✓Knowledge and experience of unit testing and testing frameworks, such as Jest, Cypress
✓Knowledge of web development CI/CD release pipelines, IDEs, Git and/or Docker.
✓Knowledge of Authentication methods, such as LDAP, Active Directory, KeyCloak

✓The Microservices team, forming part of the expanding Data & Analytics area of BAE Systems Shared Services, play a critical role in delivering web-based solutions to internal customers throughout the business in a fast-moving, agile environment
✓Current responsibilities of the team include working closely with key stakeholders - technical and otherwise - to understand requirements and design and develop internal systems as well as maintaining and responding to incidents for their existing suite of products
✓The Microservices teamwork with the latest and greatest technologies within the web development domain and are continually supporting new ways of working to better refine their capability to the business.
