Supply Chain Manager

✓The Supply Chain Manager leads supply chain activities within specific marine defence projects, ensuring cost, quality and timescale requirements are met
✓This position also offers hybrid working and flexi-hours!
✓Candidates will have previous experience in supply chain or procurement and be keen to develop themselves in their career.
✓Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager
✓Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
✓Managing the project lifecycle and ensuring Supply Chain outputs are met, e.g., Supply Chain management plans and phase reviews.
✓Being the prime point of contact for all project related contract management and procurement issues.
✓Ensuring known supply chain risks are understood within project plans and protecting the commercial interests of the company
✓The ideal Supply Chain Manager will have:
✓Hold SC security clearance or be eligible to go through SC clearance process.
✓Previous experience working as a supply chain professional, with demonstrable knowledge of supply chain best practices
✓Experience of people or project management within a similar environment
✓Understanding of the impact and implications of decisions made to business stakeholders and suppliers and the ability to communicate these effectively
✓MCIPS or working towards MCIPS
✓Marine, Defence, Engineering, or Automotive or manufacturing industry background
✓Salary:
✓Up to £46,000 per annum + share incentive scheme + pension
