Trainee Recruitment Consultant

DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity within our recruitment team, as a Training Recruitment Consultant where you can kick-start your career in recruitment.
Total Assist Group is a multi-award winning recruitment agency based in the heart of Romford, specialising in filling and providing temporary and permanent placements across the medical, health and social care, education and personnel industries for both the public and private sectors.
The Role
As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will have the support and training required in order to become a successful recruitment Consultant.
The role will be on the AHP Division, which specialises in making successful placements for Allied Health Professionals, including Dietitians, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
During the first few weeks you will be classroom based, learning about the business of the role
You will be working closely with the training team, to gain the knowledge needed to talk to candidates, build relationships with them and confirming their availability
These skills will give you knowledge to enable you to thrive and succeed.
Following this, you will join the AHP Desk and begin working on the candidates within this division, putting into practice the skills you have learnt.
The role will involve problem solving, negotiation, rapport building and decision-making
All of which makes the role fast paced, challenging but most importantly exciting.
