Training Delivery Associate

DescriptionAWE's Nuclear Threat Reduction [NTR] Division is currently recruiting for a Training Delivery Associate to support our Training Delivery Specialist with designing, developing, and delivering training and assessment programmes in support of an AWE emergency response and external UK government customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in designing and delivering training programmes, or an experienced training administrator.
Location - Reading [on-site role]
Package - £26,200 - £34,000 [depending on your suitability and level of experience]

Purpose of role:
Assist in creating and implementing training programs
Maintain training records using the company learning management system [trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets]
Book classrooms and ensure they are appropriately set up
Prepare and issue material [instructional notes, feedback forms]
Suggest improvements
We would be interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate knowledge or experience in some of the following:
A recognised training-related qualification, CIPD Level 3 or PTLLS or be willing to work towards achievement
Some experience or awareness of designing and delivering training programmes
Strong communication skills and a confident presenter to large groups
Good problem solving and project management skills
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
