2nd-Man Rigger
Description✓We are looking for a 2nd-Man Rigger to join a team based in West Midlands, with a well-established and rapidly growing small works contractor, delivering Microwave/PCN telecoms rigging projects in Birmingham and the surrounding West-Midlands area.
✓Salary £41,000 and £47,000 depending on relevant experience, and an excellent benefits and OT package!
✓· A career plan that can include promotion and career progression, including parallel parts of the business, e.g
✓commissioning/testing, project management.
✓· Sick pay [full].
✓· 23 days paid holiday + bank holidays.
✓· Medical and endlife insurance.
✓Required skills:
✓1. Rigging in telecoms & knowledge of PCN telecoms.
✓2. Clean driving license.
✓3. Working at height: rigging specifications and standards for major works.
✓4. Installing kit, steel, cabling, fibre, and testing etc.
✓Required Certs:
✓5. Working at Heights.
✓6. Radio Frequency awareness.
✓7. Advanced Climber.
✓8. Winch Training.
✓9. Emergency first aid at height.
✓10. Asbestos Awareness.
✓11. Rescue from Towers, Masts & Structures.
✓12. Rooftop Awareness/Safety.
