✓Our client, an award-winning UKAS accredited environmental consultancy, are on the look-out for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 [or RSPH3 equivalent] qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their successful company
✓You will be working amongst a team of passionate asbestos consultants and will carry out asbestos surveys, air monitoring, 4 stage clearances and consulting services to a range of clients across the South Central area
✓The average day of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst would consist of conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of building types, carrying out 4 stage clearances and air monitoring duties, reporting on your findings through comprehensive reports and leasing with clients, colleagues and line manager, ensuring all work carried out is to a high standard and in line with HSG:264 and HSG:248.
✓Role Requirements:
✓BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 qualified
✓Minimum of 2 years [post qualification] experience
✓Full UK driving license
✓Excellent knowledge of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
✓Efficient in undertaking all types of surveying in a range of buildings, along with air monitoring, 4 stage clearance checks
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
