Manage day to day relationships with FM M&E suppliers, taking ownership for contract compliance and being accountable for generating maximum value from suppliers, delivering cost savings and performance objectives
Services to be managed include [but not limited to] mechanical and electrical, including all aspects of Fixed Wire Testing
Location: Hybrid working with some time based in Northampton office
You may currently be a Looker developer, portal developer or Senior Developer who is looking to develop their career within a growing team
We regard these to be following key activities;
Provide subject matter expertise and professional advice to the FM team, wider Group Property teams and all Business Divisions pertaining to all matters within the built environment
This potentially includes acting as an emergency point of contact out of hours and responding/managing incidents and escalations arising from the helpdesk
Responsible for the day to day management of multiple regional, national or divisional suppliers, including management of costs, accruals, queries and escalations whilst maintaining service levels
This includes visiting the estate within an agreed geographical boundary and resolving issues to agreed timescales
Measure supplier performance [PMS] against contractual and aspirational service delivery targets whilst monitoring and maintaining improvement plans
Lead supplier review meetings to assess supplier performance and contract compliance and take corrective action as agreed with the supplier relationship management [SRM] strategy, ensuring the highest levels of compliance, health and safety are maintained at all times
Does this sound like you?
Experience in managing complex procurement programmes
Experience in delivering a first class customer service in line with Institute of Customer Service [ICS] or similar
Track record in presenting to senior stakeholders for buy-in on service solutions
Comfortable reading contracts in relation to cost modelling and SLA's and have the ability to work with TP group teams to agree variations to contracts for goods and services 2
