Description✓Hard Services Manager
✓Manage day to day relationships with FM M&E suppliers, taking ownership for contract compliance and being accountable for generating maximum value from suppliers, delivering cost savings and performance objectives
✓Services to be managed include [but not limited to] mechanical and electrical, including all aspects of Fixed Wire Testing
✓Location: Hybrid working with some time based in Northampton office
✓You may currently be a Looker developer, portal developer or Senior Developer who is looking to develop their career within a growing team
✓We regard these to be following key activities;
✓Provide subject matter expertise and professional advice to the FM team, wider Group Property teams and all Business Divisions pertaining to all matters within the built environment
✓This potentially includes acting as an emergency point of contact out of hours and responding/managing incidents and escalations arising from the helpdesk
✓Responsible for the day to day management of multiple regional, national or divisional suppliers, including management of costs, accruals, queries and escalations whilst maintaining service levels
✓This includes visiting the estate within an agreed geographical boundary and resolving issues to agreed timescales
✓Measure supplier performance [PMS] against contractual and aspirational service delivery targets whilst monitoring and maintaining improvement plans
✓Lead supplier review meetings to assess supplier performance and contract compliance and take corrective action as agreed with the supplier relationship management [SRM] strategy, ensuring the highest levels of compliance, health and safety are maintained at all times
✓Does this sound like you?
✓Experience in managing complex procurement programmes
✓Experience in delivering a first class customer service in line with Institute of Customer Service [ICS] or similar
✓Track record in presenting to senior stakeholders for buy-in on service solutions
✓Comfortable reading contracts in relation to cost modelling and SLA's and have the ability to work with TP group teams to agree variations to contracts for goods and services 2
