✓Job role: HSQ Advisor
✓Salary: £28-34K
✓Location: Lewisham
✓Duties:
✓Carry our site visits in line with the site visit plan and/or as directed
✓Audit client sites to evaluate cleaning standards and quality management systems compliance and to ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation, company health and safety policies and procedures
✓Audit that tasks are carried out safely and in compliance with the supporting risk assessment and method statement [RAMS]
✓Ensure these documents are valid and current that cleaning solutions are stored and used in accordance with the COSHH procedure and relevant documentation, that equipment and machinery our colleagues use are in good working order and have a current PAT test
✓Review site storage facilities and advise or recommend improvements
✓Modify RAMS as necessary
✓Carry out portable appliance testing on all equipment at head office and on client's sites
✓Assists with the ongoing assessment of our health and safety practices policies and procedures in relation to our office and client sites
✓Liaise with the HSQE manager on all health and safety quality matters
✓Support the delivery of our sustainability strategy including social values projects, net zero, by 30 target, annual sustainability reports and thought leadership contentRequirements:
✓High degree of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism
✓Organised, methodical, proactive with excellent time management
✓Proficient with Microsoft office package
✓Ability to communicate advice, instructions
✓Hold and NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent level 3 qualification
