27k OTE, 24k Basic
Employed role
Full time + 1 Saturday / month on rota [paid as overtime]
Job Purpose:
* To manage all new orders from the point a deposit has been received.
* To arrange final surveys and assist customers with all queries relating to their project with the aim of getting orders under production as soon as possible.
* To provide a detailed confirmation of order documents for all customers to complete and sign.
* Responsibility for managing the diaries of all Surveyors, ensuring that appointments are efficiently booked allowing time for travel.
* To ensure that you display the behaviours as stated within the Company Values in order to achieve the client’s Vision and Mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* To answer phone calls and deal with any telephone queries about products and/or services
* To assist customers visiting the Showroom in person ensuring they feel valued and welcomed during their visit
* To keep relevant parts of the CRM system updated
* Revisit required: Ensure all new customers are contacted promptly
* Revisit booked: Process all revisits promptly keeping the database up to date and current
* Monitor the status of surveys that are on hold
* Ensure that project confirmation documents are actioned promptly
* Assist customers with and record any queries
* Take payments from customers as required and update records accordingly

* Presentable with a warm, confident and polite demeanour
* Highly motivated to go above and beyond for our customers
* Flexible with a can-do attitude
* Planning and organisation
* Strong attention to detail with regards to data entry in particular
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A solution focussed individual who strives to improve processes and the customer experience
* Ability to work in a well ordered and methodical manner
* Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
* Ability to remain calm in difficult or stressful situations
