Scientific sector, permanent part-time, Leicester, 25hrs per week [flexible hours]
£25,000 per annum [pro rata], + free car park, + excellent benefits, + yearly bonus [business performance related]
Duties:
First point of contact for HR/Payroll queries
Assisting employee onboarding including processing new starters, contracts and maintaining HR records
Supporting recruitment activities by posting adverts and shortlisting applicants
Attending interviews, disciplinary/grievance meetings
Processing monthly payroll for over 65 staff
Ideally you will be
HR qualified/CIPD accredited
Proficient with ADP/equivalent systems,
Confident with SAGE 50
Self-sufficient and able to use own initiative
