Description✓Amida Healthcare are an established and vibrant Healthcare Recruitment agency specialising in recruiting temp and perm candidates to the NHS, Private Sector and Social Care
✓Due to rapid growth we are looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant to join our Canterbury Team
✓This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in the healthcare recruitment sector.
✓You will need to be passionate about helping people and target driven, you will have the opportunity to start earning commission as you will be working on an established Social care desk
✓As well as earning commission on all billings we have quarterly team incentives and weekly cash incentives.
✓The role will involve;
✓Building relationships with candidates and clients.
✓Successfully sourcing and placing the right healthcare professionals in to Social Care positions.
✓Sourcing new candidates and taking them through the extensive Recruitment process.
✓Managing the out of hours requirements.
✓Excellent communication skills.
✓Client management
