✓earning over £3K per month commission is very realistic
✓We have a spare desk, computer, phone, and lots of resources available however what we are missing is a strong 360 recruitment consultant who could make this desk their own
✓You could either start a new division or work within our commercial or industrial departments covering temp, permanent and contract recruitment
✓It's a unique opportunity where you are left to run the desk like it's your own business and have full accountability on your own profit & loss, client / attraction strategy or marketing strategy.
✓You will be expected to generate new business, achieve monthly GP targets, exceed client and candidate expectations as take absolute pride in being a master of your craft.
✓It's an office-based role working within a fun, busy, bubbly and very lively environment.
✓To be considered - you need to have worked within the sales side of Recruitment [not account management or on-site], have a great telephone manner, outgoing personality, and an absolute desire to be successful
✓This role offers you:
✓£25K - £27K basic [negotiable depending on experience].
✓Truly uncapped Monthly Commission
✓Extremely low commission threshold [Monthly GP over £1K earns you 10% upwards]
✓Annual & Christmas Bonus.
✓No meaningless KPI's.
