✓Salary: upto £28,000 [depending on experience] + uncapped commission [OTE £55k+]

✓This position will contribute to the growth of our well-established and fast-growing divisions

✓As a Recruitment Consultant, you will collaborate with team members to expand our client base
✓This role encompasses full 360 recruitment responsibilities, including securing new business and sourcing candidates for available roles.
✓Responsibilities:
✓• Engage in business development and sales activities through phone calls and on-site visits to client projects
✓Presentations at Head Office meetings may also be required.
✓• Take ownership of existing key clients, nurturing and strengthening relationships.
✓• Act as a sector expert for both clients and candidates.
✓• Attract and interview potential candidates.
✓• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve career and earning goals.
✓• Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
✓Requirements:
✓• Experience in a consumer-facing role.
✓• Demonstrated track record of sales, networking, and/or client development.
✓• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
✓• Strong commercial business acumen.
✓• Ability to overcome objections and display persistence.
✓• Strong customer service skills.
✓• Attention to detail.
✓• Commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
✓• Quick and efficient responsiveness.
✓• Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
