The Engineering team specialise in recruiting both permanent and contract personnel in technical and engineering disciplines for many markets including Nuclear, Rail, Utilities, Power, Infrastructure, manufacturing, marine and many more.
Summary of the Role
The Cleator Moor office is one of Rullion's most successful offices, established for over 25 years, a proud employer within the West Cumbrian community and has a loyal and highly respected customer base and a strong name in the local and national marketplace.
You will provide recruitment solutions within a designated sector or discipline, taking ownership for the development of both a client and candidate base and delivering an effective, consultative service.
What You'll Do-
Be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with top-notch candidates who are a perfect fit for our clients' job opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and aspirations, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Create great connections with key decision makers that last the test of time.
Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices, providing valuable insights and advice on market conditions, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
Expand you client base through targeted sales and develop key accounts.
Find exceptional candidates, leaving no stone unturned
Whether it's CV screening, qualifying, or interviewing, your mission is to identify the cream of the crop and present them to clients
Be on the lookout for new sourcing channels, job boards and innovative recruitment strategies
Your skills will help uncover hidden gems in the talent pool and stay one step ahead of the competition.
Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro
From managing end to end recruitment processes, negotiations, pitches, and job offers, your organisational skills will be but to the test.

Previous experience within agency recruitment or sales.
An outgoing personality and the confidence to network with new contacts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.Competencies
