Account Manager/Contract Manager
Description✓Job Role: Account Manager/Contract Manager
✓Reports to: Regional Manager
✓Hours: 40 hours per week
✓Location: Greenhithe
✓Salary: £34,000-£38,000 OTE
✓Due to a large new expansion, my client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage an on-site recruitment team.
✓It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from induction through to shift allocation, making sure the client's needs are always met.
✓This is a fast-paced working environment, and a level of flexibility is needed as circumstances always change.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓· Day to day management of all drivers
✓· Be on site to speak with drivers and delivery team staff
✓· Manage up to senior management with accurate KPI reporting
✓· Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met
✓· Undertake any other duties as required by the Area Manager
✓· Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner always
✓· Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
✓· Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
✓· Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods
✓Key Qualifications / Experience
✓· Min 3 + years' experience in account management
✓· Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
✓· Knowledge of driver's hours and regulations
✓· Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
✓· Formal training development.
